Unsupported anymore mean freeware ???
Yesterday i saw my friend do coding using Visual Basic 6 (VB6). But actually he knows about dotnet programming. I ask him why using VB6 and not dotnet. He explained to me that if he use dotnet, he must buy the license. Hmmm, i’m agree with that. Then he said if he using VB6, he doesn’t have obligation to buy the license coz microsoft had closed the support for VB 6. That’s mean there will be no more service pack and technical support for VB6.
That’s why i write this article. I need to know for sure that what my friend told me it’s true. That old developing tools like VB6 which has no support again from the company the license change to freeware.
It’s not just about VB6 
It’s about every product with license in it.
IMO, that can’t be happen just like that. Not that simple. Those license become free can only happen if the creator of the product say so. Not just because the creator stop doing support to that product, then the product automatically become free. Even I hope that opinion is true
It’s all just my personal opinion, I don’t want to make money from illegal ways. At least i’ll try
to reduce it

btw … ya … not that simple, kalau un-supported ya un-supported … bukan free atau legal copy … kecuali ada release resmi. Mungkin perusahaan ga hunting un-supported software … tapi mereka juga bilang kalau udah ikhlas
